To achieve the objectives as described in the management understanding there are means or tools used to achieve them, known as the "tools of management" which can be interpreted as means or management tools and are known as 6 M + I, namely:

1. Man, is a human who acts as a leader and subordinate (labor), the human element here is a person who can do work both as a leader or as a worker. Humans as motorbikes in a company's activities must be physically and mentally healthy and have adequate skills, abilities, experience and are supported by their level of education.

2. Money, is money / funds / capital owned and used in carrying out company operations both as cash, working capital or short-term capital, and as long-term capital used to support the smooth running of company activities.

3. Material, is the raw material / raw material that will be processed into a product such as a semi-finished product, and a finished product or to produce a product but also to produce another product. For example limestone as raw material to produce cement, where cement can be marketed, but the cement can be processed into other products such as electric concrete poles, decorative concrete poles, road bridges, culverts and so forth.

4. Method, is a way of how to do a job or activity, can be effective coupled with the strategies and policies used to achieve goals.

5. Mechine, is a tool, machine, mechanization or technology used in management activities to process a certain meterial into a quality product with time, labor, and cost efficiency.

6. Market, is the market, the market is the estuary of all output produced by a business activity. Estuary in question is where the meeting of the consumer with the producer, the consumer meeting with the producer is nothing but to conduct a sale and purchase transaction. While output and a business activity can be in the form of goods / objects or services.

7. Information, is everything oral, written, code, password or picture that can be useful for the development and progress of the company in the future.
